Real estate
As a real estate agent, you know it’s important to use dynamic visual images to attract potential homeowners. You want to show more than just the colors of paint or the material of the kitchen counters. You want to show the feeling of being there, and you want to do it in a memorable way. Would you like to just click play and see a dynamic cinematic representation of your listing or ask a buyer to click around a bunch of complicated 3d photos.
Aerial cinematography and photography is a powerful tool to accomplish this, and it’s becoming more and more of an expectation by viewers. It’s leaving the realm of a ‘luxury’ and becoming more of a necessity.
Google maps can only go so far. You want to show how the house sits on the property, or even show off the surrounding area. Check out the demo below to get a feel for how aerial imaging can help show off your listing.
I'm a FAA Licensed remote pilot, I have been flying drones for over 10 years and have hundreds of hours logged flying drones safely. I am bound the FAA's regulations regarding flying drones commercially, if you listing is in a controlled airspace t I will need to apply for a waiver to fly in that airspace.
Additional Services
If you want to get all of your image needs in one place, I’m also an experienced photographer who has taken interior and exterior photos for numerous listings.

I am a FAA Licensed unmanned pilot and have been flying camera drones for over 10 years. I view drones as one of the most powerful tools to capture dynamic video and or photographs. I used drones to capture dynamic b-roll on feature films, documentaries, explainer videos and real estate listings. I use small unmanned systems that have the ability to capture high quality/high resolution imagery. I use the best camera drone there is, the same one used the biggest hollywood blockbuster, the DJI Inspire 3.
I'm here to help you translate your idea to video. I use a lot of tools to make sure that your idea is not comprised In any way. I shoot on large sensor video camera systems and have state of the art audio recording tools to ensure every part of the process is executed with the highest possible production value.
I started my visual career as a photographer and I'm happy to shoot both video and stills on a project. I'm here to help create as many high quality assets as I can for you. I understand the outlets that businesses need to create deliverables for and I believe I offer a skill set that allows for efficient production of them. All of my gear can be converted to vertical video capture and all of my cameras capture enough resolution to have both horizontal and video capture.
Editing
According to a recent study “Microsoft found that since the year 2000 the average attention span dropped from 12 seconds to eight seconds.” Another study showed “The average length watched of a single on-line video was 2 minutes 42 seconds.”
The challenge is getting your message, idea, or story across clearly to an audience whose instinct is to click on the next option if your video isn’t captivating them. Our lives are saturated with images. Keeping a viewer's attention depends on there being a clear, coherent story and technical polish to your vision.
I love the challenge of carving away all of the non-essential material, refining the captured material until we have a product that holds viewers attention and leaves them wanting more. I am happy to work with you from start to finish on a project or I can edit material produced by a third party into a coherent story.
Color Correction
We take color science serious
Today's cameras capture video on logarithmic profile, it looks extremely flat and blah to the naked eye but it has a ton of image information. This profile has a very wide dynamic range and color graduation hidden within that flat image, the trick is how to get the most out of it, that’s why you need a trained colorist…me. Other production companies may have fancy looking cameras that cost a lot but the majority of them take a huge shortcut here and this hurts your final video. Essentially they are throwing away all that extra information by using a LUT, or look up table in the editing/color correction process. These luts allow someone to change that flat image to contrasty in one click. The only problem is these lut’s were not created by a color scientist, they were created by someone trying to make money off other people's laziness and they take a file rich in tone and color and throw it away without ever extracting the full potential of the video file.
I took the time to learn the proper workflow, so you can be sure you're getting the best possible product. I use the ACES, this workflow was created because even large studios realized they were not getting the best possible final product. “ACES was established by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (yes, the one that does the Oscars!) and its partners (Technicolor, ARRI, RED, etc.) to create consistent, color-accurate, and high-quality motion picture images. Essentially, it’s a way to standardize how color is handled in the TV and movie industry.” Trust me this workflow is not overkill it’s way to insure people don’t take shortcuts when making your video
I can help you through the whole creative process. No matter how far along you are in the creative process, I'm here to guide you to a fully realized idea.
